FED Master Direction No.15/2024-25; Dated: 24.07.2024

RBI has issued the master direction on Overseas Investment (OI). This master direction compiles instructions issued on Overseas Investment by persons resident in India. Further, these directions lay down the modalities for conducting the foreign exchange business by the Authorised Persons with their customers/ constituents with a view to implementing the OI Rules and the OI Regulations.
