The RBI has directed the exclusion of ‘Kapol Co-operative Bank Limited’ from the second schedule of the RBI Act, 1934. This is in the exercise of the powers conferred under section 42 of the RBI Act, 1934. Accordingly, the bank will not be covered under the list of Scheduled Banks.
