The IFSCA has notified the IFSCA (Board for Regulation and Supervision of Payment and Settlement Systems) Regulations, 2024. These regulations cover definitions and norms related to the composition of the Board, its duties, powers, and functions, vacation of office, meetings of the Board and quorum, constitution of subcommittees and advisory committees, and reporting to the Authority.
