ICAI Seeks Member’s Comment on the Draft Implementation Guide Regarding Amendments in Form No. 3CD and 3CEB

The Direct Tax Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) had proposed amendments in Form No.3CD and Form No. 3CEB through draft implementation guide in March, 2024. Now, it is in the process of finalizing the amendments. Thus, before such finalization, ICAI invites its members to comment their views on the proposed amendments by June 17, 2024.
