Govt. Further Extends the Validity of FCRA Registration Certificates up to June 30, 2024

The Govt., in public interest has decided to extend the validity of FCRA registration certificates. The validity of registration certificates of entities whose validity was extended till 31.03.20204 and whose renewal is pending, will stand extended till 30.06.2024 or till the date of disposal of renewal application, whichever is earlier. Similarly, the validity of FCRA entities whose 5-year validity period is expiring from 01.04.2024 to 30.06.2024 will stand extended up to 30.06.2024.
