Public Notice No. 12/2015-20 Dated July 12th, 2021
The DGFT has issued a public notice to reduce the regulatory compliance burden of the exporters. Now, the requirement of furnishing quarterly return/details of exports to concerned registering authorities/associations has been done away with.
Earlier, exporters were also required to give undertaking for submission of monthly returns including NIL return to the Registering Authority under Serial No. 9(d) of Form ANF-2C. This serial number has also been removed.
