MCA waives off payment of an additional fee for delay in filing 45 forms on V3 portal

The MCA has issued the list of 45 forms that will be migrated to the V3 portal during the period 07.01.2023 to 22.01.2023. Accordingly, the MCA has allowed an additional time period of 15 days within which these forms can be filed without levying additional fees, in a case where the due dates for filing of these 45 forms fall during the above-mentioned period. Some of these forms are DIR 12, DIR 11, DIR 3, DIR 3C, INC 12, INC 20A, INC 22, INC 23, INC 24, MR 1, MR 2, NDH 1, NDH 2, NDH 3, NDH 4, SH 7, SH 11, etc.
