MCA further issues FAQs on V3 portal to address the queries of the stakeholders

MCA has floated the FAQs with respect to the various issues faced by various stakeholders while registering on the V3 Portal. Through FAQs MCA address the following issues:

(a) How to resolve the PAN validation error while upgrading to the Business User in V3 portal.

(b) How to upgrade to the business user in case multiple user Ids are created on V2 portal.

(c) How to resolve the issues related to “Area/Locality “if there are no values available in the “Area/Locality” field dropdown in a form.

(d) How to resolve the issue related to non- population of the details of the partners/designated partners in Fillip Form.

As the V3 portal is a new portal launched by the ministry. Stakeholders are facing a lot of issues with regard to its operation. Therefore in order to address the issues of the stakeholder MCA issue various FAQs on time to time basis.
