MCA extends deadline for PAS 3 and new form filings on V3 portal by 15 days

General Circular No. 03/2023, Dated 07.02.2023
After considering various representations, in continuation of General Circular 1/2023, dated, 09.01.2023, the MCA has decided to allow an additional 15 days to file certain forms without additional fees. Form PAS-03 & 45 other forms, whose due dates for filing falls between 20.01.23 and 06.02.23, can now be filed without payment of additional fees for a period of 15 days. The extension is provided due to a change in the manner of filing of Forms in V3, including the fresh process of registration of users on MCA-21.
