Mandatory e-filing of Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin extended till 31st October, 2021

Trade Notice No. 21/2021-2022 Dated October 18th, 2021
On request of several Chambers or Associations, the DGFT has issued trade notice to extend the mandatory electronic filing of Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin (CoO) till 31st October, 2021. Therefore, the option of submission and issuance of CoO (Non-Preferential) by the issuing agencies through their paper-based systems will continue further up to 31st October, 2021. All notified agencies are required to ensure on-boarding exercise till 31st October, 2021 and agencies failing to complete this shall be de-notified.
