Vivad se Vishwas Act Due Dates

Press Release, dated 29-08-2021

The CBDT, vide notification 75/2021, dated 25-06-2021, has notified 31-08-2021 as the last date of payment of the amount (without any additional charges) and 31-10-2021 as the last date for payment of the amount (with additional charges).

Considering the difficulties being faced in issuing and amending Form no 3, which is a prerequisite for making payment under Vivad se Vishwas Act, the board has decided to extend the last date of payment of the amount (without any additional charges) to 30-09-2021. However, the last date for making payment (with additional charges) hasn’t been changed. It would be the same as notified earlier, i.e., 31-10-2021.
