Mission - I was asked to deliver best UX for for Income Tax India, web and mobile version both. there was a big challenge in that, because there were lots of companies in the bid and have to make such user-friendly and best usability guideline as per Indian govt instructions. I was bond to give solution for a better filter option, good search engine and mainly their result page should have more powerful.
How might we… I have studied all tender document line by line, all instructions which needs to follow in design. Gone through the accessibility guidelines that websites must be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. I followed all rules and gone to user research for existing website of Income Tax.
Worked on many parts. It was a very challenging that how to manage all depart data, search, Information of Income tax. It is a national website where there are all department data collaboration and their relations should match to each depart. There were a lot of sections where there need to work and focussed on some part where there were a mess of data and information existing website. I worked on those parts mainly.Home page
